GDS manufactures a complete range of gas panels and manifolds. Standard panels are fabricated from 316L stainless steel 10-15 ra electro-polished internals.
Standard Panels can be fabricated with non- electro-polished internal finishes if required.
Hastelloy panel fabrication is also available.

Our standard gas cabinets come in 1,2,3,4 bottle configurations.
Gas Cabinets feature :
- All welded construction, 11 gauge steel, white epoxy paint textured finish
- 6" Exhaust duct 3" high on top of cabinet, louvers at bottom of door
- Self closing door and access window, access window ¼" thick wired glass
- All stainless steel door and window latches
- Height adjustable cylinder brackets, 7"to 9" cylinder size
- Floor bolt down hardware

Our Valve manifold boxes are made to order. We utilize standard readily available stainless steel or painted carbon steel enclosures wherever possible to reduce fabrication costs.
Valving arrangement will be configured to the enclosure using our 3D CAD program. Custom enclosures can be fabricated if required.

CLEANROOM PC DOCKING STAND
The GDS tablet PC stand is specifically designed for Clean Room Environments. The PC stand has a very small footprint and easily attaches to clean room carts or tables to provide process technicians an ergonomic computer interface.
