Weldments are fabricated in our class 100 Cleanroom, White room and 2000 square foot fabrication shop.
Computer controlled welding lathes equipped with wire feed capability and Orbital Tube and Pipe Welding systems are used for the fabrication of welded assemblies ranging from 1/8" tube size up to 6" pipe sizes.
Point of use UHP purge stations are located throughout our facility to ensure all orbital and welding lathe applications are performed with certified, filtered UHP weld gasses.
GDS performs contract welding of sensors, valve bodies and other critical components. We have over 25 years experience in performing high purity, precision welded assemblies for the semiconductor, medical, pharmaceutical, instrumentation, and aerospace industries.

GDS has developed weld prep geometries and welding techniques specifically designed to meet the requirements of the medical tool design and fabrication industry. We utilize precision TIG, Micro-Plasma and Laser welding equipment to perform these tasks.
