ORBITAL WELDING

GDS performs on-site orbital welding installations for the Pharmaceutical, Bio-reactor, Food and Beverage industries.

Typical On-site scope of work:

• Install, support, hang, mount and secure all system components, including Point of Use valves, Tanks, UV's, RO's, CEDI's, Heat Exchangers, Ozone Generators, and Ozone Sensors
• Orbitally weld and install process interconnecting tubing
• Daily weld samples
• Certified UHP welding and purge gasses
• Generate weld logs
• Real time logging of welding parameters
• Digitally record internal welded images
• Generate as built 3D drawings indicating slope, elevations, weld ID's
• Hydro test and Passivate completed system
• Document project to FDA requirements
